2. Redemption Workflow: Product Vouchers vs. €5 Cash Voucher
Method A: RS / VPS / Webhosting Product Vouchers (No prior product needed)
- Copy the model-specific promo code on our site or click the "Redeem Now" button.
- The direct link opens your Netcup cart (with ?gutschein=CODE). Alternatively, paste the code into "Gutschein einlösen" in an empty cart.
- Netcup automatically adds the promotional product (e.g. RS 8000 G12 1M Rabatt) configured with a 12-month contract, annual billing, €0 setup, and €0.00 for the first month. Proceed straight to checkout!
Method B: €5 New Customer Cash Voucher (Product must be selected first)
- Select any product over €5 on Netcup (VPS, Root Server, or Webhosting) and add it to your shopping cart.
- Locate the "Gutschein einlösen" field under the cart summary, paste the €5 code (starting with 36nc), and confirm.
- The cart total will immediately decrease by €5. Verify the discount and complete your registration.

- Product vouchers instantiate annual plans: Products generated via RS, VPS, or Webhosting promo codes automatically feature a 12-month minimum contract term and annual billing with €0 setup fees.
- Only the €5 voucher requires prior item selection: The €5 code is a cash discount requiring a product already in your cart, whereas RS/VPS promo codes represent and create the product order itself.
- One voucher per checkout: Netcup strictly permits one coupon per order. You cannot stack a €5 voucher on top of a free-month server voucher.
- Model-specific & single-use: An RS 8000 code works strictly for RS 8000. Most promotional vouchers are single-use tokens.
4. Error Codes & Fixes
Indicates the code was already redeemed by another user (single-use token). Grab a fresh code from our homepage.
Only one voucher is allowed per checkout. Delete the previous promotional item or code from your cart before applying a new one.
